Our Story:
EliteCS Labs has grown out of a necessity for quality and purity in all hemp products. Formerly Elite Botanicals, we have a team of cannabis experts with over 30+ years of experience in the industry. We were among the first in the state of Colorado to be legally licensed to grow high cannabinoid hemp through the Department of Agriculture. Additionally, our extraction and formulation laboratories were the first to be approved through the Colorado Department of Public Health. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our offerings to meet the needs of our valued clients. We specialize in innovative product research and development while still maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry.

Chelsea Luedke DVM, MS
President
Before veterinary school, Dr. Luedke obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Microbiology from Colorado State University. Her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and veterinary school education has been instrumental in developing protocols and studies using cannabis therapy in veterinary patients. Her experience the last five years in the cannabis industry has led her to study and develop novel products, all with a strict expectation of consistency and safety.
Trish Wilhelm CVT, VCC
Vice President
Trish has spent the last five years specializing in the cannabis space. As a co-founder and COO of VetCS, a hemp product company for animals, Trish has gained valuable experience and insight into the cannabis industry. She has enjoyed developing innovative products for pets, guiding countless pet owners on cannabis therapy, and managing market trends. Trish is integral in helping with education opportunities and extraction technologies with EliteCS. Trish specializes in customer care and brings fifteen years of customer service to EliteCS and our clients.
Caleb Kane
Lead Scientific Director
Caleb has over 15 years experience with all forms of cannabis extraction, refinement, and product formulation. He has worked with many major laboratories in the cannabis industry and has personally taught hundreds of people how to extract, distill, and isolate cannabinoids. Caleb allows EliteCS to offer the highest quality extracts while ensuring safety and purity; products free from pesticides, heavy metals, and contaminants.
Tara Dorr
Senior Lab Director
Tara has been working in the Cannabis industry since 2015. She started her career as a Lab Technician specializing in extraction and post-process refinement. She has done a bit of everything from cultivation to operations. Over the years, she found her passion as a formulation specialist. From concept to creation, product development and client management. she is honored to work alongside the best in the industry, and is thrilled to be an integral part of EliteCS.
Eric Wilhelm
CTO
Eric has spent over 10 years within the extraction, cultivation, and product formulation sectors in the cannabis industry. Eric provides crucial insight into EliteCS’ extraction educational programs, lab functionality, and overall company development plans. Prior to EliteCS, Eric began by focusing specifically on the extraction system & product formulation industry sectors with one of the industry’s most recognized extraction system manufacturers, ExtractionTek Stainless. Throughout Eric’s tenure at ExtractionTek, he has played key roles in forming ETS’ certified training program, research and development, operations infrastructure, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance. Eric currently works directly with ETS clients, their project teams, and the Authority Holding Jurisdictions who govern the rules and regulations for cannabis processing facilities in the United States, Canada, and additional International markets.
